Gist’s of some assignments we’ve handled include :

Prepared an Information Memorandum for a Global Vendor Lease Company for seeking USD 3 million equity from an Investment Bank (One of the largest Investment Banks Globally).
Defined an entry Strategy for establishing a Shared Service Centre (500 seats) for a large multinational in global Tourism industry. The scope of our involvement includes project conceptualizing and business plan, business strategy, savings potential, process migration path, Government approvals, project implementation support, real estate location selection and legal assistance, recruitment outsourcing, policies and procedures.
Prepared an Organization manual document for e enabling a Global Vendor Lease Company.

Conducted a market survey and prepared a business strategy for a non banking finance company (Fortune 500) for entering the Indian markets for vendor leasing of technology equipment within the gamut of Indian Laws. This document covered strategy, business model, sensitivity analysis, product offerings, financial projections, legal framework, human resources requirements and operating policies. This plan is a blue print for set up of operations, strategy and competition, strategic initiatives and near term objectives, an industry survey, a detailed value proposition. The document covers an in depth market analysis of 3 well established industries, the business model, the financial model, the legal model, a market survey and the risk mitigation strategy.
Prepared a business plan for a multinational company for setting up a project for manufacture of low floor buses in India. This plan is a blue print for management and is also being used as an information memorandum for investment by strategic investors in the project. This is a large size project (US $ 100 million) and the first of its kind in India.
Prepared a strategy document for a group of international lenders seeking to place corporate debt with Indian Companies under the liberalized policies of the Government of India and Reserve Bank of India guidelines. Were involved in obtaining Government approvals for the same.
Conducted a due diligence of a software development company covering all financial and legal aspects of the companies operations. This was done at the behest of a group of investors wanting to invest in the said company.
Implemented a take over strategy by a finance company of another finance company via transfer of portfolio of assets and conducted a financial due diligence of the company’s portfolio taken over to arrive at portfolio and business value.
Prepared an industry research report for the financial services and information technology industry.
Designed and implemented systems (computer based) for a non-banking finance company and a beverage manufacturing company. These systems were designed ensuring complete data linkages between financial accounting, raw material and finished stocks, vendors, debtors, work in progress, production planning, ensuring non duplication of data capture and optimizing processing loads.
Ongoing auditing (statutory and concurrent), Tax and Legal support to medium and large enterprises.
Undertook a compensation planning assignment for senior management (performance based) in consonance with Indian Tax Laws.
Sought approvals from Government, Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Reserve Bank of India for various projects.
